Telehealth Therapy Across Washington
Secure video sessions for Washington State residents, at home or while you travel.

How Telehealth Works With Me
We meet by secure video at an agreed time. I will share the connection information when we schedule. The conversation has the same focus as an office session: your experience, your goals and what you want help understanding or changing.
Individual sessions are generally weekly and last 50 minutes. We can discuss what feels comfortable about video and what might get in the way. You do not need to decide that it is the right setting before we have a consultation.

What You Need and When It Fits
Telehealth can fit busy schedules, mobility concerns, distance, or weather that makes coming in difficult. We talk about whether it gives you the privacy and attention you need, rather than assuming it will suit every situation.
- A Private Room
- Choose a place where you can speak without being overheard or interrupted. Think about who may be nearby and whether you can give the conversation your attention.
- A Steady Connection
- A steady internet connection helps us stay in conversation. We can discuss practical concerns before starting, including whether video feels manageable for you.
- Headphones if Helpful
- Headphones may make listening easier and help with privacy. You can consider what feels comfortable and what allows you to hear clearly during the session.
In Person, by Video, or a Combination
- Combining the Settings
- Many clients combine in-person and telehealth sessions. We can talk about what works, including when you want to come to an office and when video fits your circumstances.
- Couples Sessions
- Partners can meet with me by video when both are Washington State residents and able to participate privately. We focus on communication, conflict and what each of you wants for the relationship.
- Family Sessions
- Family video sessions offer room to work on changing roles and relationships. My practice focuses on adults, and family sessions are for adult family members. Each participant should be a Washington State resident.
